Chicken PeppercornChowder
This homestyle favorite is loaded with tender chicken simmered in rich cream, then underscored with peppercorn's for a delightful finish.
Major Ingredients
- Diced Potatoes
- Heavy Cream
- Peppers
- Chicken
- Fresh Onions
- Green Peppercorns
- House Spices
Preparation Tips
Garnish with snipped fresh chives and additional black peper or serve as a complimentary side to a Fruit and Walnut Salad.
Heating Instructions
Foodservice
- Reheat package in either boiling water or steamer
- Carefully remove package with insulated gloves
- Suspend the package in or slightly above the container that it is to be placed within
- Using a sharp, sanitized knife, make a two inch incision in the top corner of the package
- Carefully and slowly, lift the bag upward allowing the product to drain completely out of the package.
Retail Cups
- Remove bowl from box. Slightly pull back the tab of film to vent.
- Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Since ovens vary, cooking time may require adjusting.
- Carefully peel back film & stir thoroughly. If soup isn't fully heated, replace film and heat soup on high for up to one minute. Use caution as bowl may be hot.
- Let stand for one minute before serving. Enjoy!
