
Creme Brulee
The origin of this velvety, smooth dessert known as "Burnt Creme" dates back to the 17th century Europe and has always been a favorite throughout the world. We have succeeded in creating a shelf stable product with all of the flavor or the original old world style recipe.
Major Ingredients
- Heavy Cream
- Skim Milk
- Vitamin A Palmitate
- Sugar
- Egg Yolks
- Vanilla Extract

Preparation Directions
Directions: Pour Chef Creations Creme Brulee mix into a saucepan, stirring occasionally over medium heat until creme begins to boil. Turn off heat and divide the warm creme equally between the eight 4 oz. creme brulee dishes. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or cover and chill for up to two days.
To carmelize, sprinkle 2 tsp. of sugar evenly over each creme brulee dish. Holding the culinary torch at an angle, move the flame continuously over the sugar topping until it melts to a crisp, golden brown. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
